Newest 3-bedroom villa with a private pool located in a beach resort with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches Lipa Noi, which is perfect for swimming – it has no rocks or corals. FREE 5-Seat car for the guests!
- The Space
- Our brand-new villa uniquely combines superb location, convenient layout and high-class service. It is located in the beach resort in Lipa Noi, just 100m from one of the most beautiful 4-km long beach of Koh Samui. The white sandy beach is ideal for playing, swimming, walking and jogging. The villa can boast a carefully maintained spacious private lawn with very soft grass.
- This is a perfect holiday home for big families with kids, group of friends, senior and wheelchair-bound handicapped people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Master bathroom has a bathtube.
- Free cleanings are included 2 times per week. Bed linen is changed every 7th day.
- Our villa is suitable for wheelchair-bound handicapped people (wide door openings, no steps and a wheelchair ramp on the ground floor).
- One way airport transfer is 50 USD (for the whole group).

- The Neighborhood
- If there is heaven on earth then this is Lipa Noi. This is a very quiet, uninhabited area with crystal clear waters, perfect for relaxing beach holidays. From the beach you can view the most beautiful sunsets on the Island. Far from the noise and bustle, the surrounding atmosphere is really peaceful and attractive.
- There are some small restaurants on the beach just 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. The world famous Nikki Beach Club is just 7 minutes on foot from the villa.
- Getting around
- We provide a 5-seat car Toyota Vios (or similar) for free to our guests (till 21 Dec 2014) and give recommendations regarding the places of interest.
Rates
- Minimum stay - 3 nights (7 nights during Christmas and New Year period).
- 10000$ per month, electric and water to be paid extra. Not apply for Christmas and New Year period.
The rates include the government tax and service charge.
